キーワードは五つ、negotiation / hand / accelerate / request / prosecutor 。
negotiation 「交渉」「折衝」
政治的折衝・会談など「合意に向けた交渉のプロセス」の意味では、多くの場合、negotiationsと複数で使われる。
negotiable 「交渉可能な」 non-negotiable 「交渉不可の」
動詞negotiate 「交渉する」「~を上手に切り抜ける」

hand 名詞:手、手助け 動詞:(手)渡す、手を貸して導く
hand out 「分配する、配る」

accelerate 一般的な意味は「(乗り物・機械などの)速度を上げる」こと。

request 丁寧または正式に~していただきたいと「要請すること」
動詞 人に何かを丁寧または正式に「要請する」、「(行動を)依頼する」「(許可を)申請する」
名詞 「要請」
何かを「頼む」ときにはaskも使えますが、requestは丁寧または正式にaskする(お願いする、要請する)というニュアンス。

prosecutor 「検察官」
動詞prosecute 「裁判所に訴訟を起こす、起訴する」
解説より:
裁判所で起訴する人を検察官と言い、検察官とは裁判用語では「犯罪を捜査し、証拠を集めて公訴する行政官」のことです。
弁護士は一般的にはlawyerと言いますが、法廷弁護士はcounselと区別され、アメリカではcounselor、イギリスではbarristerが使われます。事務弁護士はアメリカではattorney、イギリスではsolicitorと言います。
なお、かつて使われていた「検事」という語は「検察官の旧称」とされています。
