"But we'd better hide the sled, so we don't have to explain to anyone what we're doing with a sled in the spring."said Matt.
He picked up the sled and looked around for a good hiding spot.
"How can we have an adventure without shoes?"groaned Emily.
"My feet hurt"said Matt.
"We'll have to get used to it.We'll have to get used to these itchy clothes."said Matt rubbed the loose top and pant-like bottoms he was wearing.
Emily sniffed the material."This smells like our cedar closet! Someone wove strips of wood together to make these clothes.This is one crazy an adventure.No shoes and clothes made of wood!But I bet it will be fun. Come on! There's a big rock over there.Let's hide the sled behind it and cover it the seaweed."
Emily made a face.
"That seaweed looks slimy,I don't want to touch it."
