Today is colder than yesterday.
We families are doing the miso making.
First of all,mother soaked the soybean to water last night.
Then,The soybean is cooked with the gas today.
It takes about eight hours.
And then,The soybean, malt, and the salt are mixed.
We are looking forward to ready of a delicious miso next year.
