昨日、せっかく疲れをとるために温泉にいったのに、そのあとのsiestaがいけなかったのか、不覚にも風邪をひいてしまったようで、今日はだるくて節々が痛くて鼻がでます。
布団にずっと入っていたいのですが、明日は新年会で久しぶりに友人たちと集まるので、今日掃除と勉強やっておかないと。。。

今朝たまたまつけたTV（シューイチ）で、apple-polishという言葉の説明がありました。
日本語でいうところの「ごまをする」ということのようです。知らなかったです。
