おぼえた日記
八頭町にある大江の郷に来て、ランチを頂きました。メインはオムライスにしました。トロトロの卵が、薄味のソースにじっくりとからみ、口の中でじわっと甘味が感じられる、まるで控えめな女性とゆったりと会話をしているかのようです。前菜に出されたパンがとってもふわふわで、美味しかったです。最後にコーヒーとパンケーキを頂いたのですが、やはり大江の郷のパンケーキはふわふわで最高でした。コーヒーの器もHakusen-Japanでとてもおしゃれでした。
We came to Oe no Sato in Hattou Town and had lunch. I chose omelette rice as my main dish. The tender eggs were slowly drenched in a light sauce, and the sweetness of the sauce was slowly released in your mouth, as if you were having a leisurely conversation with a modest woman. The bread served as an appetizer was very fluffy and delicious. We had coffee and pancakes at the end of the meal, and I must say that the pancakes from Oe-no-Sato were the best, fluffy pancakes I have ever had. The coffee was served in a very stylish Hakusen-Japan cup.
