Es ist ja drückend heiß. Ich möchte im klimatisierten Zimmer schlafen.
It's been sweltering hot for weeks. I make it a rule to turn on the A/C when the room temperature reaches 30℃ and I can't stand the heat any longer. My husband, however, insists that the A/C shouldn't be on below 35℃. He says I can't stand the heat because I'm too fat. How dare he say such a rude thing? As is usual, we had an argument whether we should turn on the A/C or not this afternoon. Before I turned it on, I felt drowsy and fell asleep. Suddenly, I felt my body burning! Oh, no! I'll burn to death! My own cry woke me up. Oh, what a relief! It was just a bad dream. Still, I felt my body scorching. I dash straight to the living room and turn on the A/C. Then, I grabbed a bottle of OS-1 and cooled my body with ice packs. To hear my husband mumbling about my turning it on, I hit the roof and shouted at him, "Remember, I WILL use MY A/C whenever I need it!"
When I came home from work at night, he was lying on the sofa with the A/C running.
Thank you for your comments.
I'm so exhausted that I'll hit the sack right away.
