Mein Sohn ist schon weg. Ich habe die Leere des Lebens ein bisschen gefühlt. Zur Abwechslung habe ich eine Bergwanderung gemacht. Es gibt einen kleinen Schrein am Fuß des Berg. Ich bin eine Stunde das Fahrrad gefahren. Die Luft war frisch. Auf dem Berg habe ich Onigiri, eine Schabe Käse, und eine Banane gegessen.
Ich habe den herrlichen Ausblick genossen.


My son has gone. I had a kind of empty feeling. To turn over a new leaf, I went to Komayama in our local. One-hour ride on my bicycle took me to the foot of the mountain, where there is a small shrine. After I prayed to Kamisama, I climbed the mountain. The mountain path is sometimes steep and sometimes flat. I sweated like a pig. I heard the fallen leaves rustling as I stepped on the path. I felt like being connected to the earth. It took me 50 minutes to reach the top, where the splendid ocean view in front of my eyes. Wow! I saw Mt Fuji. I sat on the bench and ate humble lunch which I took from home. I stayed there for a while, gazing at the sea. The sea was tranquil and shining under the tender sunshine. I believe the year of 2021 will turn all right. My motto this year is "Keep it real". I'll listen to my inner voice and follow it.

My resolutions of this month:

1. lose at least 2kg
2. do yoga and meditation before going to bed
3. connect to the earth at least once in a week

地元の高麗山に登った。今年の初登山。遠くに行けない今だから、地元の低山に登って足腰、心肺機能を鍛えよう。　頂上からの海の眺めは最高。　今日は富士山もきれいに見えた。雪が少ないな。
