おぼえた日記
Heute Morgen bin ich am Strand spaziert. Die See war wunderschön. Die Wellen haben ans Ufer geschlagen. Ich bin barfuß am Strand gegangen. Ich habe auf den Fußsohlen die Erde gefühlt. Es war angenehm. Ich erhole mich sehr gerne und sehr gut in der Natur. Ich habe sehr gerne Kontakt mit der Erde und mit guter Luft.

The clear blue sky tempted me into going out to the sea. Walking along the seashore belongs to my mundane things which help me feel good. I pedaled my bicycle with all my might for 50 minutes to the seashore. The sea was dazzling under the sun. I took off my shoes and socks, and strode along the shoreline. Walking barefoot on the sand was comfy and refreshing. I felt like being connected with the earth through the bottom of my feet. I heard the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. I took deep breathes. Gazing at the see, I felt I'm happy at this very moment. I'm thankful to have such a peaceful and relaxing morning.

富士山を見ながら、裸足で波打ち際を歩いた。 足の裏に地球を感じる。 ときどき、砕ける波に足を濡らしたり、波から逃げたり、走り回った。 キラキラ光る青い海を見ていると、この一瞬は幸せだと思う。 穏やかなひとときを過ごせたことに感謝。

はだしだ波と戯れるpekoさんかわいいですね(*^^)v
2年ほど前に沖縄に行ったきり、海には一度も行っていません。
波で足元が濡れるあの感覚、味わいたいものです。
