At last the winter has come to Tokyo. The first snow of this winter started since this morning.
My husband and I went to three days trip to Hakone and Yokohama.
First day, it was a little cloudy day. We ate lunch at my favorite restaurant Daruma in Odawara. Then we went to Togendai cross the Mikuni Pass on the Ashinoko-skyline. When I saw the nice view from observatory, I thought there were a lot of golf course in the foot of mt. Komagatake. We could see great mt. Fuji or Ashinoko lake and smoking volcano on the tram. But we saw deserted station around Sounzan station because typhoon No.19 hit this area too.
I had a good experience at the hotel that some Chinese stayed at the Prince Hakone Lake Ashinoko. Two young girls enjoyed the open-air- bath but it looked not good manner. When a girl came back to inside room, and she entered her towel into bathtub again, I said “no no!” at last. “In Japan, all public bath has some rules, we don’t enter our towel into the buthtub…….” She run away to her friends and came back again. She wrapped her head by her towel like me! After shampoo, I wrapped my head with my own towel. I relieved that other her friends wrapped too!!
We were not allowed to~ とか, into buthtubではなく into waterというんだっけな~~?

Good for you that you told the foreign tourists about the towel! They learned one of the important manners.
