A : あした引っ越しするのね！
You're moving out tomorrow!
まだ信じられない。
I still can't believe it.
あなたはどう？
Can you believe it?

B : そうだね...。
No...
でも、もう引っ越しの日なんだね。
But the moving day has almost come.

2.
A : ねえ、天気がずっとよかったわ。
Well. we've had good weather.
今日はすごく暖かいね。
It's so warm today isn't it?

B : うん...。
Yeah.
2月の暖かい日が大好きだよ。
I love warm February days.

A : 外を見て！
Look outside!
うちの梅の木の花が咲いて、とてもすてきね。
Our Ume tree has blossomed very nicely, hasn't it?

B : うん。きれいだね。
Yeah. It's beautiful.
あの木、すごく好きなんだ。
I love that tree.

A : せっかくだから、写真を撮ろうか。
We might as well take a picture.
外に行かない？

B : いい考えだね。

A : あ、この古くてすてきな木...。
Oh, this nice old tree...
おじいちゃんがこの木をくれたのよ。
Our grandfather gave us this tree.
覚えてる？
Remember?

B : もちろん...。
Of course ...
ぼくが5歳になった時、おじいちゃんがくれたんだ。
Grandfather gave us this tree when I turned five.

わたし達の背がどれだけ伸びたか見てみましょう！

この木でチェックできるね。
We can check our heights on this tree, OK?

B : まさに昔やったみたいだね。
It's just like old times.

This brings back memories.

うん、あなたはかなり大きくなったね　...。

わたしに何かあげたいって言ってたね。

B : 皮の手袋を買ったんだ。
I bought some leather gloves for you.

B : いや、ぼくにはこれくらいしかできないけどね。

いつでも帰ってきていいんだからね。
Come back weather you want, OK?

B :　うん、もちろん。
Yes, of course.

A :ここであなたのいちばん好きな食事を作って待ってるね。
We'll have your favorite meal waiting here.
たまには帰ってくるでしょ？
