「酢橘」
Citrus Sudachi season has come so I harvested in the rain.
I’ll share some of them to classmates tomorrow.
We can use it as a seasoning for every foods not only a kind of saury.
What a big harvest! You can squeezed it onto every kind of food.
You saw 4 frogs in the photo of my diary, right? Close! In the photo left below, there are two frogs an a okra leaf together. In other photos, there is one each. So, totally, 5 frogs.
I think you have already known it, but I tell that you can make frozen Sudachi.
1. Cut them half.
2. Put them on the plastic wrap, cutting side down.
3. after wrapping, put into a plastic bag for frozen, and take in a freezer.
4. When you want to use it, you should take it from a freezer before 5 minutes.
