Dinner tonight was sukiyaki. Warishita sauce is supposedly what's most important to add the balance of soy sauce, sugar, and sake. However, the amount varies from person to person, when I confirmed by googling and googling. I got mixed up, but I managed to become a taste sukiyaki-like when I did it roughly.
BY the way there's a typhoon coming again! Being hit directly from the typhoon is not very uncommon nationwide. I'm hoping that the typhoon passes without any incidents.
