おばんですさんの おぼえた日記 - 2018年4月1日(日)

I met a friend at　a coffee shop near the station.I ordered a cup of coffee.but She did not decide the order as soon,because she was absorbed in chatting about her recent .and after a few minutes She said that I have a coffee too.

私は友達と駅の近くの喫茶店で会った。私は珈琲を注文した。彼女は彼女の近況についてのおしゃべりに夢中になり直ぐに注文しなかった。そして数分後 やっぱり　私もコーヒーにするといった。

be absorb in ...ing. ...ingに夢中になる。
　
　I always walk to keep up with the instructor. He strides ,so it make me tired.
私はいつもインストラクターに合わせて〈遅れないで)歩きます。彼は大股で歩くので私は疲れます。

　　　　　　stride(v)大股で歩く。ひとまたぎ

　Chana made　great strides.中国は大変な進歩を遂げた。
