It is cold today. I took a lesson of tai chi in the morning.
Though I made a lot of mistakes, It was fun.
After the lesson, I went shopping. When I ate lunch at home,
I noticed that I had to go to the drugstore to buy a tooth powder.
In the evening, I will go to the drugstore.

バタバタしているせいか、それとも私の性格からなのか、
抜けていることが最近多いです・・・涙

今日も出かける前は、「帰りに薬局へよって・・・」と予定をたてていたのに、
帰宅して、しばらくたってから「あっ！薬局行くの忘れた・・」です。

先日は「忘れないように・・」とメモしておけば・・
そのメモを忘れて、でかけるし・・・

「ゆとり」をもって行動しないとだめですね！
時間を大切にすごそう・・・

部屋の片付けが未だ終わらない状況なので
（部屋のいたるところにものが散乱＆増殖している）
これからまた部屋の掃除を始めまーす。
