昨日は次年度自治会長を決定する重い会議だと日記に書いた。
自治会長の仕事は確かにしんどい面もあるが、とてもためになることを一生懸命説明した。
そのかいがあったのかなかったのか、一人のお母さんが手を挙げてくれた。
そうするとほかの若い人も助力を約束してくれた。
これまでとは違う、型破りな自治会長の誕生だ。
すごくワクワクする。私にできることはすべてやらなきゃ。


Yesterday I wrote in my diary that it was a heavy meeting to determine the next year's borough president.
I tried my best to explain that although the job of community association president is certainly tough in some aspects, it is also very beneficial.
Whether it was worth it or not, one of the mothers raised her hand.
Then other young people pledged their help.
It was the birth of a new and unconventional community association president.
I am very excited. I must do everything I can.
