Do you know how to avoid making a kidney stone? It causes pain when the stone or broken piece of stone lie between the urinary tract. I have had this disease 5 times so far. It was sometimes blew up by an ultrasonic shock wave, at other times I rush in the night medical examinations, at still other times the stone went through out automatically. Then this time, I had big pain on my left back when changed my clothes in the Monday morning. When I went a clinic 3 hours later, my pain was almost went away. I was taken MRI and X-ray at the seat of disease. There was one stone in my kidney but no stone in the urinary tract. May be it went through out already.
The doctor taught me how to prevent the symptoms. It causes nitric, what is taken from foods, combine with calcium in the kidney. If you take calcium in small fish bones or daily products while taking meal, you can make the very small stone before absorption in the bowel and eliminate them. So western people don’t have this disease, the doctor said. Is it true?

硝酸が吸収されて、腎臓に溜まりカルシュームと結合して、硝酸カルシュームという石になります。腸から吸収できないように腸の中で硝酸カルシュームを作らせて、排泄することで予防できるそうです。
私の英語力が足りないのですが、カルシウムをとればよいということですか？
私の中ではなんとなくカルシウムがくっついて石が大きくなると思っていました。
