I live in an apartment.
How old is it?
About twenty years old. It was built around ninety ninety four. It's well maintained ,,,.
How long have you been living in there?
About six years. I love it. It's perfect for me.
How big is it?
One thousand square feet. So about ninety squre meters. It's pretty big.
What's the floor plan like?
It has two bedroom and a nice balcony. It has a livingroom and a kichen of course.
Is it in a convenient location?
Absolutely, it's about five-minute walk to a big grocery store, and shops and restrants.
How far is it from the nearest train station?
Well, unfortunally it's about twenty minute walk from the station. it's a two munite walk from the bus stop there.
Tell me more about the location.
It's a complex of condominiums with a lot of ,,. It's safe, and I have a lot of nice neighbors.
And may I ask about how much do you pay a month for rent or mortgage?
Not much. It's about eighty five thousand yen a month.
About how much is that in US dollars?
I'm not sure, I think we devided by one hundred, so it's about eight hundred fifty dollars.
