I cooked Nagasaki Sara Udon. I put fried noodle on a plate and solved powder soup in water. I seasoned pork with ginger juice and salt, also shrimp with sake. I cut carrot, mushroom, long leek, Chinese cabbage, green pepper, broccoli and kamaboko. I fried pork, vegetables and shrimp with oil. Then I poured soup on it and mixed all. I poured them on the noodle. I ate it changing taste with mustard vinegar and Worcestershire sauce.
