Friday,December 20
I went to the hospital once a month.
The hospital was crowded because it was the end of the year.
I had 2 injections which was good for a bone.
Bone density has decreasted since 6 months ago.
I got medicine and reserved the New year.
I took a walk to the red pine wood(赤松林)at 3:00. Today's step count was 8,287.
Call it a day.

Wow! Red pine trees! You have a nice spot to see in your neighborhood.

骨密度測定は5000円もするのでやったことがありません。でも、一度測ってみた方がいいですね。

赤松林が近くにあるなんて、良い感じの場所ですね、散歩すると気持ちよいでしょうね。
骨密度が下がる骨折しやすくなるので　要注意ですね、注射と聞くと、ちょっと引いてしまいますが頑張って続けてくださいね。
たくさん歩きましたね(*^^)v
