I'm searching for a new job. My current job is very exciting. And salary is enough. But almost all tasks are doing by myself. First, I have to get a project, and I have to build a work-plan and do. When the project is finished, I have to find a next project by myself. Actually, I'm tired for this job.
I want to work with my colleague. I want to share the pleasure of working. Earnings may decrease, but money is not only things for work.
I've already found one accounting firm. It's not top level firm amid global accounting firm. But I heard the company puts a high value on team play and satisfaction for the team member including client.
Now, I'm considering my decision is correct or not.
