Today it’s fine, but it was foggy in the morning.
I went to the city health exercise center. There were a little less people there.
Everybody might be busy in the end of the year.
I took a lesson that is a body conditioning class. A instructor teaches us the way to fix our body’s pain or condition by ourselves.
After doing that, I feel good. Today is my third time. I’m going to keep taking this class.
