What do you think an ideal leader looks like?
The leader has decision- making in the direction to help take people to the right place.
Everyone is not similar in own opinions even though it's correct or not.
When we conflict the hardship,what should we do?
First of all we must make the best leader capable of making us happier.
The leader need to gather any useful information and choice one way.
Finally the leader must take all responsibility.
Some people might be against him or her. But the leader should be able to gain their confidence listening to their opinions.
It's important that we realize each other and difference is individual through the communication.
I hope to the leader will be challenging long-held stereotypes and open the door to success.
