アンズの砂糖漬け
This year there is a good harvest of apricots. Every year I make candied apricots. According to the recipe, there are two steps: the temporary pickling process and the main pickling process.
I'm planning to go to the supermarket to buy some ingredients.
The ingredients are sugar, vinegar, rock sugar, 35-degree liquor.

以前住んでいた家は大きな杏の木があり、沢山ジャム作りました。きれいな花も思い出しました。
