That’s an interesting phrase.
J→There are other polite phrases you can use to say “you are not feeling well”.

J→I’m not feeling 100%. 完璧ではない。
K→Well, Ben, do you remember any problems because of being sick.
B→I missed my own birthday party once, because I had an influenza.
K→Oh, no. What’s happen?
B→My friends still came to visit and brought birthday presents to my room and cheer me up.
But my mom didn’t let them too close, because she didn’t want them to get sick.
