Japanese Prime Minister Kishida Fumio has said that the government plans to declare a quasi-emergency in Okinawa, Yamaguchi and Hiroshima prefectures in response to rising coronavirus case numbers.
Yamaguchi prefectural governor said, " I think the people of Marine Corp base had not carried out PCR test when they move from US had a big influence on us." I totally agree with him! I thought it was awful!
