Yoga makes my breathing softer.
My mind become calm. Moreover, I can get rid of my body's stiffness surprisingly,
especially around the neck and back.
At the end of the lesson, we put our hands together in front of our chest.
Teacher says, “May this calm heart continue even outside the yoga mat".
I vow it in my heart every time.
Though the vow doesn't last long, I'm glad that there is a place where my calm mind and body can always return. Yoga is a grateful encounter for me. There are many kinds of meditation, but the deepest one is, when I am doing yoga in my case.
