Sure. We needed to hire quire a few people who had never worked on a car factory line before. So we did a three-mouth intensive training before the test run, but the skillsets of some of the workers are still below the minimum standard.
I see. What do you mean by minimum standard?
According to Krishna, the factory manager, workers are getting tired a lot easier than expected, and this is leading to mistakes with tools and safety concerns. At this rate, the factory will not be able to run at the hours we intended.
I mean, it’s understandable. We’re under enormous time constraints to get the production line ready in three months.
