Without your innovative idea, we would be completely stuck.
Without your expertise, we couldn’t have broadened our product range.
If it had not been for your drive for sales, we may have lagged behand our peers.

Thanks to your team efforts, we were able to expand into this wonderful country.
We owe so much of this success to your individual effort.
It was only with the help of government funding that we were able to come this far.

Congratulations on your move, Ms. Fujita. Having had the privilege to work with you for three years, I can say that you are an extremely driven, capable person. My first impression of you was “assertive”-in a good sense, of course. In meetings, you were very clear about what path to take. And you always walked the talk. Those around you naturally had no choice but to follow.
Now, we have some very large shoes to fill you, but you always said: “Most things appear impossible until they are done.” So we’ll get the job done.
Ms. Fujita, we wish you all the best in your new role.
