Lemon jam has been completed! I'm going to have cut down sugar, but it's quite sweet. That seems to be marmalade.There was bitterness a little, but that was good. About 300 grams of jam was made from jumbo lemon of 720g.I went to watch the last stage of a drama club of second daughter's high school with my husband in アゴラ劇場 in the evening.

レモンジャムが完成した！砂糖を控えたつもりだが、結構甘い。マーマレードのようだ。苦味が少しあるが美味しかった。720gのジャンボレモンから約300gのジャムができた。夜は次女の高校の演劇部の最後の舞台を夫とアゴラ劇場に見に行った。
