I harvested my first apricot today. On the first day, the well-washed apricots are soaked overnight in salted water same as seawater. Discard the brine and make a temporary pickle. Soak for about 3 days in a solution of 800 ml of vinegar and 500 g of sugar for 4 kg of apricots.
