問題点と改善点：
"We had our assistant get ready for your desk."
文法的には間違いではありませんが、不自然です。意味が「アシスタントがあなたの机の準備をするように頼んだ」ということだとしても、"get ready for your desk" は意味がはっきりしません。
ネイティブなら "We had our assistant prepare your desk." や "We've had an assistant prepare your desk." のように言うのが自然です。


"Please come here."
直訳的すぎて、ビジネスシーンでは少しぶっきらぼうに聞こえることがあります。
より自然で丁寧なのは "Please come this way." や "Right this way, please." です。

改善後の例文：
"Mr. Patel, welcome to our company. We’re really glad to have you on our team. We've had our assistant prepare your desk. Right this way, please."
