My coworker's husband has just retired last month at his age of 63. She said that his retiring allowance was much lower than she expected, and complained about that. But I showed her Japanese worker's average retirement money and comfort her saying "What he got was a little more than the average and it's much better than nothing. There's no guarantee you can get the same amount when you retire"

コロナの前だったので、実にラッキーといえばそうです。
