It's a perfect fine day today. I did three loads of laundry and did weekly household chores. Also, I hung my hutons out. I felt so warm when I was outside. I posted my new Hina-doll on my yesterday's diary, you know. One of my gogatomo, shaberitai-san told me they're Ohuchi-doll. I checked the website. Oh,yes! They similar with Ohuchi-doll very much. A pair of small one were also Ohuchi-doll, I guess. I heard Ohuchi-doll has made in Yamaguchi city. It consists of a pair of male and female dolls with round faces, long eyes and a little mouth, and is popular as a symbol of marital harmony.
BTW, I went walking on Wednesday and yesterday. Besides, I already did YouTube exercise four times in this week. I'm going to go walking today, too. I haven't felt anything change on my body, though. I like to save money. I also like to save my muscle for the future. I want to continue working out as long as possible.

私も筋肉ためようとおもっています。体重が減らないのは筋肉量が増えているからだ！と自分に言い聞かせています。でも実際は…？
少しづつでも続けて筋肉を維持していきましょう！筋肉が増えると歩くのも楽になります。
