Q5. has taken -> is taking に聞き間違え。
He said he has taken on some exciting new challenges there.
（新しい職場で、面白くてやりがいのある仕事に挑戦していると言っていたよ。）
聞いていてなんとなくhasにも聞こえた。
でもtakenは思いつかず、takingだと思い込んだ。なので、isにした。
日本語訳から、is takingでも良いような気もしますが・・・だめ？
話法とか時制とかそのへんの文法項目が苦手なんですよね。。。
