I enjoyed cycling alone after a long absence.
I looked for autumn,but the colored leaves were still early.
I dropped in at the restaurant and had lunch on the way.
I like mackerel,so I ordered the mackerel set meal.
The large dried mackerel was delicious.
Call it a day.
The lunch looks yummy and healthy. I like mackerel too.

健康の元は食にありですね。
紅葉がまだで残念でしたね、お一人でお食事されたのですね、ヘルシーなランチですね。
