I often ate "HIYOKO" when I was a little.
One day I ate 6 Hiyokoes.
てっきり東京名産とばかり思っていました。

銘菓「ひよこ」は私も最近福岡のお菓子であることを知りました。
義母の通っているところで、「地方のお菓子を味わって旅行気分になろう」という有料実費のお取り寄せ企画があるのですが、そこで紹介されていました。
どうして東京のお菓子と思われるようになったのか、知りたいですね・・・
ひよこ、すっかり東京みやげになってしまいましたね。
私が小さい頃から地元のお菓子として人気でした。
ひよこは福岡県の飯塚市生まれで、この近辺には、昔から
おいしいお菓子屋さんが多く、千鳥饅頭、チロリアン、
南蛮往来などがよく知られているかと思います。
東京駅等ではバナナと共に東京の土産になってますね。 「ひよ子」を手土産で福岡へ行って、あっ！ このにもあったの！？ って。
🐤ちゃん、かわいいですね。
福岡から広まったとは知らなかったです。
西側は美味しい料理やお菓子がありますね。
