おぼえた日記
昨日の晩は蒸し暑かった。
こんな夜はホタルを見るのによい晩なのだそうだ。
というわけで、パパと下の子二人を連れて近所の川へ見に行った。
今年は渇水続きでホタルがあまり見られないとのことだったので、期待していなかったのだが、
幸運にも一匹だけ見ることができた。子ども達もよろこんでいた。
It was muggy last night.
We heard that it is good to see fireflies.
So I and my husband went to a brook in the neighborhood with our younger children.
The brooks were dried this year and they say we cannot see many fireflies.
We thought we could not see anyone, but fortunately we found only one.
The children were excited.
お近くにホタルが飛んでる川があるなんて、素敵ですね。
この頃は見なくなりましたね～。
