Finally, the vaccination card arrived from the city office. I hear we can reserve the vaccination from August 13. I have Obon holiday from August 12 to 15, so I'll be able to operate my computer to reserve it. I don't know how it goes, though.
Well, thank you for your comment about my younger daughter's vaccination on my yesterday's diary. She had had heavy arm ache and malaise from yesterday. They are gone now, but she's having a light headache and slight fever.
I went walking last night. I walked 4km, for thirty minutes for the first time in a long absence. I felt so good because I was able to listen to 中高生の基礎英語in English with comfortable wind. Tonight, I exercised watching YouTube video for twenty minutes. I can keep exercising! Good girl!
陽が沈んだ後か早朝か、、でないと外歩きは無理ですね、起きられた時は朝 歩きます、気持ちいいですが、毎日は起きれません。
運動がんばっていますね、「筋肉は裏切らない」きっと成果が出ますよ(*^^)v
若いと､副反応の強くでる傾向があるようです。
ただ日毎に回復しますので､無理せずお大事になさって下さい。
英語を聞きながらウォーキング出来るのは一石二鳥ですね。
