My father started going to his short-term job today. Since he retired his job, he has worked as a short-term worker twice a year, spring and fall. When he came home, "I'm so tired and have a backache." He looked harder than usual. I thought my parents are getting old day by day. It is a pity I can't talk with them gently, though.
I was also tired. I cooked supper and did YouTube exercise for thirty minutes. I took a bath and ate supper watching TV for a while. I washed the dishes and prepared to cook rice. I hung out the laundry. It was past ten when I finished today's job. I have to write my diary. Moreover, I want to listen to rajiei-streaming and watch English TV program that I recorded. I need more time! But I shouldn't decrease sleeping time. Health is my number-one priority. A good work-life balance is essential,right?
も少し時間があると良いのですが、何もかも完璧にこなそうとすると、身体に無理が来ます。
優先順位を付けて、何が一番大切かを見きわめることが最も必要なことだと思います。
身体に無理が来ないよう、睡眠を十分に取ることをお勧めします。
あやこさんの一日は、とても忙しそうです、そんな中ででもキチンと運動したり英語の勉強をしたり、、と頑張っていますね。
でも何といってもやっぱり 健康が一番です、そのためには”睡眠”が大切です。
