I went to the beauty salon with my mother yesterday. We had our hair cut and dyed. Then, we moved to the shopping mall and had soba for lunch. We walked around to look for good clothes. My mother bought jeans and a sweater. I bought a parka. We were tired, so we bought some foods for my father's supper.
Today, I did my weekly household chores. It was cold and windy because I wasn't able to hang hutons out. I spent my spare time in the afternoon. I should have exercised, but I didn't. I must change my mind.

たまには､家事やエクササイズ、手抜きをしてリラックスするのも良いと思います。
お仕事も忙しい時期になるでしょうから、休日はやはり休養日に充てたいですよね。
ショッピングモールでのお買い物は けっこう歩き回って疲れますね、でも良いお買い物ができて良かったですね。
