I thought I didn't have enough sleep. It was because I was sleepy all morning. It's like a hibernating bear. I have a sensitivity to cold and my temperature is low. So, I always drink a cup of hot water when I get up. I should do warming activity, Onkatsu. I had tried drinking tea with ginger. It didn't have a good effect, though. I want to try all things which is good for shape my body. I did YouTube exercise for forty minutes after I cooked supper tonight. I did ten minutes HIIT training, muscle training for lower abdominal and another muscle training. Then, I tried to two good-looking stretch videos. It was refreshing! After that, I ate supper alone. I ate a bowl of salad( lettuce, soured cabbage, broccoli, enoki and natto) and soup(bean sprouts and egg). I just want to lose weight. I definitely pay attention to portion except special day, Christmas, New Year's eve, and New Year's day and so on.
