I got up at 7 o'clock this morning. At last I set about weeding my garden! I like the smell of soil and grasses, which gives me comfort. After weeding, I planted basil seedlings and next to them a tomato seedling, which are companion plants. I also plant cucumber seedlings. OMG! I should have sowed salada seeds! We almost eat up salad in my garden. I'll do it next time. Growing vegetables is a lot of fun.
I felt like drinking a glass of beer because I had been working for about one hour in the sun. But I had to go to the work in the afternoon. So I drank a glass of fresh grape friut juice with soda instead. I didn' t have much time today and I could do only half way. I'll do it next week again.

それなら、薬味用の根っこがついてる細ねぎを買ったとき下から５㎝くらいにきって、根っこを土に植えるといいですよ。すぐ伸びてくるので、ちょっとだけ欲しいとき重宝してます。
I recommend "baby leaves". It's easy to grow. You can pick leaves as many as you need. You can enjoy a green salada for a long time.
And how about sage or Japanese sage? I often put sage into humberg steak and meat sauce. And Japanese sage, 青じそ is very useful in summer.
