I always start the day with yoga exercise soon after my children leave home for school. Though it's only 10 minutes, I feel my body streching.
Today I did yoga as usual but I fell asleep during the exercise. I woke up to find myself lying on the wooden floor at 11:30. OMG! My precious time in the morning has gone! I had a lot of things to do today. I shouldn't have slept for such a long time. But I suddenly hit upon another thought. It was necessary for me to sleep at that time because I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. Actually I felt so sleepy and tired that I didn't want to do anything. But an unexpected nap in the morning did wonders for me. I could make the best use of the rest of the day.
I found an important lesson from this. That is: it depends on how I see the fact. If I had regreted having overslept, I couldn't have enjoyed the rest of the day.
