I took off my weight by 2kg, compared to last month. Wow, I'm off to a good start! I make it a habit to do exercise every day, to cut down on drinking except on special days, and not to eat too much. That's a step in a right direction. I know it's what's inside that counts. But it's also important how I look.
I still need to take off some more weight. But "Rome wasn't built in a day". So I'll continue my good habits.
