Ich habe mit meiner Freundin in COSTOCO Einkäufe gemacht. Ich habe viel Fleisch gekauft.
Je suis allée à COSTOCO avec une amie. J'ai acheté beaucoup de viande.
First thing in the morning, I went to the veggie garden. I found the rice husks available in the neighborhood. I took some in two 90L plastic bags. I'll take some more another day. After that, I went shopping in COSTOCO with my friend on the 8th floor. I got chicken, beef and three loafs of pork. It's a shame there was no lamb. We were caught in a traffic jam, but I was in time for work in the afternoon.

When I come home from work and had my humble supper, I get sleepy. I'll do some yoga and hit the sack.

市民農園の近くの農家さんが、毎年籾殻をご自由にどうぞと提供してくれる。 今年もありがたく頂いた。 自転車で二往復して、９０Lのごみ袋二つ分をもらってきた。 ほんとうにありがたいことだ。
私は以前、籾殻袋を作って入浴剤代わりにお風呂に入れていました。

でもこの籾殻のおかげで野菜たちは心地良く育っていけるのですね。
