町内会長の仕事の一つが、役員たちの予定を調整し、役員会を開くことだ。
夏のイベントのための会合を開きたいのだが、町内の重鎮ともいえる人がなかなか予定を知らせてくれない。
忙しい人なので理解できるのだが、他のメンバーの予定もある。
