おぼえた日記
One of my gogakuru friends introduced broad beans pasta in her diary the other day. I've always wanted to try it since then. At last I cooked it for my today's lunch! Ingredients were broad beans, garlic, bacon and I added boiled potatoes too. Then I put parsley from my kitchen garden. It looked colorful with the conbination of green, pink and white. Of course it tasted delicious. I also cooked tomato salad with fresh bassil, which is also from my garden. I was dying for an ice-cold glass of white wine. But I had to go to work late in the afternoon. If only it had been an off-day!
Anyway, thanks to her, I enjoyed delicious lunch. I'll cook it for my family next time.

さっぱりとした味といい、鮮やかな色合いといい、この季節にピッタリです。
最近、イタリアンもどきにハマっています。(^_^;)
子供たちは「パスタは夕食にならない」というので、私のお１人様ランチによく作ります。お薦めがあったら教えてくださいね(*^_^*)
