Heute ist es schwül und drückend. Soll ich eine Klimaanlage kaufen?


I visited my father with fresh potatoes and onions to cook nikujaga. He had wanted to eat nikujaga when I gave him my potatoes last week. He was waiting for me with a pack of fancy beef. Oh, beautiful! While jikujaga was simmering in the pot, I grilled eggplants and made pickled cucumbers. I also cooked miso soup with some leafy veggies from his garden. What a healthy, tasty lunch! I'm glad he liked my nikujaga. After lunch, we chatted over a cup of coffee. He tols me about mountains and beautiful places in Nagano Prefecture. When I was a child, our family trip was always to Nagao and climbed mountains. After my sister and I married and left home, he often went on a trip to Nagano again. He showed me maps and photoa. He kept on talking. It was humid and sweltering hot all day, but the summer breeze, which came in the room though the wingow, made us refreshed.


Thank you for your comments. I always gave my reply on your comments on the train when I go somehwere far away. Today, I was too tired to write on my iPhone. I slept like a log.
