M:　　Are you ready for some healthy Japanese cooking? The Gold Gingko Nut Restaurant is offering Japanese cooking classes! On the forth Saturday of every month, Chef Mari Ajimoto will teach you how to make various quick and easy Japanese recipes. In the September class, students will learn how to make miso soup, clear soup, sushi rolls and grilled teriyaki salmon.
