When I feel stressed out in a daily life, I usually let off steam, something like going outside and getting fresh air. But now it's winter. Here in the north, I can’t take a walk when it’s freezing cold. It’ll get me stressed out and give me the opposite effect. Therefore I tend to stay indoors, listening to music and watching a movie while having a cup of coffee and a piece of cake. I gained weight recently. Unfortunately I’m not good at sports, if anything, I hate exercise. I wonder if this weight gain is due to any stress. Anyway, it’s worth paying attention to.
However, in a sense, I feel it's true that gaining weight in winter is inevitable for those who live in the north.
Possibly, I’m similar to a bear that hibernates in winter?

昨日、ダイエットすることに決心しました。早速、室内用自転車を注文しました。昨日中高年の運動不足が脳の委縮や痴呆症に影響という記事も読んで決めました。ゴガクルはちょっとサボってしまうかもしれませんが、三日坊主の私が3週間も続けているのはとても珍しいことです。1~2行の短文でも、出来るだけ続けたいと思っています。
私も冬眠中のくまになっています。
